You are free to stroll around and learn about harvesting while making your best choices to pluck your favorite fruits and vegetables, and they make their way into your meals, creating a true farm-to-table experience rooted in freshness and care.

Here, nature blends seamlessly with authenticity. The property is home to a collection of tropical fruits, including passion fruit, mango, lime, lemon, soursop, banana, papaya, mulberry, guava, tamarind, beli (bael fruit), wood apple, cherry moi, Lanka orange, pomegranate, arecanut, heen narang (Ceylon Tangerine), lovi (Batoko Plum), and sapathilla (Sapodilla Plum), grown with care.
Alongside the fruit trees, our homegrown vegetable gardens flourish with brinjal, moringa thibbatu ( Turkey Berry), jack, pumpkin, manioc, green chili, banana flower, etc.
Completing the garden are seasonal greens and herbs such as wild spinach, manioc leaves, curry leaf, lemongrass, screw pine leaf, galangal, and pepper cultivated with care in our organic plots. Adding to the list, coconut, king coconut, sugarcane, and wild mushroom grow in their natural collaboration with nature.

The result? They all grow with the seasons, ensuring that everything served is fresh, organic, natural, and in harmony.
What does “Farm‑to‑Table” really mean at this hidden grove?
1. Morning harvests based on the day’s menu.
Every morning is a new culinary episode with fresh rhythm at our kitchen that begins from our garden. The farm-to-table is the heartbeat of daily life, and it isn’t a trend or a label. We curate our menus, ensuring freshness, keeping minimum waste, and harvesting fruits, leaves, spices, and vegetables at their peak while bringing the pure flavors of the soil straight to the table.
